One of the premier tourist destinations in Port Macquarie and the wider Mid North Coast, our estate is located adjacent to the M1 Motorway offering locals and travelers a range of experiences from winery tours and tastings at our cellar door and delicious meals at Seasons CafRestaurant to horse riding and our wine club. Within this broad framework, Cassegrain Wines produce a range of wine styles to suit an every taste and budget, from our flagship reserve wines and collared releases, through our Edition Nair and White Label ranges, to Seasons, Stone Circle and our range of Q everyday drinking wines. We chose these varieties in special to make up our core range, as these varieties perform so healthy year in, year out. Our aim is to yield wines that reflect the four seasons, and importantly, food seasonality. As with our other ranges, the focus when we make these effortless drinking wines is that they should complement food, making them perfect for everyday enjoyment. From the crushing of fruit, through fermentation in either stainless steel or oak barrels of various sizes, through to finishing and end blending, Cassegrain's quest is to let the fruit display its unique character, in wines that are correct to style and variety, but always aiming for the packed flavored, easy and luxurious wines, in the classic French style. As the seasons change, so to do our palates, and it is this philosophy which is at the heart of Seasons CafRestaurant. We enjoyed delicious food and wine and were attended to by an excellent team of wait staff. The food and service were vast and the venue was very high quality and modern. The food, the wine, the staff and the wonderful keg room provided the setting for a vast night, would totally advocate Cassegrain Wines for your next notable occasion. Behind our meal, we went back to the cellar door where my friends joined the Wine Club which is not something they've bothered to do earlier but it was brought about by the level of service by the staff, quality of wines and delicious meals at Cassegrain. Cassegrain is a family run business, started in 1980, and exporting wines for over 26 years. Our winemakers also join wines from diverse regions to build layers of flavor and complexity.
